network for WVUIT computer labs.

Helped with the cabling, installed 3Com
link builder hubs, installed NT workstation 4.0 on all nodes, installed
software such as Office 97 and Borland C++, designed and implemented a security
policy for the labs, installed and maintained two HP laser jet 4 printers
through a print server, installed and maintained a proxy server (ms proxy 2.0)
and firewall (ipchains), and did day to day administrative work such as adding
and deleting accounts, troubleshooting network problems, monitoring resources,
etc., which was based on NT server 4.0 on multiple servers. Wrote custom
programs in Visual Basic for the Chemistry department that automated the
collection of lab data from students.
